    Simple AND and OR (I'm stuck)

    I need some basic help on this i m stuck please if anyone can help ?

    Use this in G8:

    =IF(AND(OR(E8="UK",E8="Germany"),F8>100000),"Bonus","No Bonus")

    then copy down as needed.
