Here i need to compare value to two sheet and copy duplicate value to another sheets...anybody please help on it.my previous post was quit confusing so i decide to
post again by making sample file quit simple.so hoping somebody will help on it. here i want to compare value of two sheets column and if there is duplicate then those value need to appear in another sheets..as mention in sheets..

try below formula in A5, copy and paste towards down
=IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet2!A:A,AGGREGATE(15,6,MATCH(sheet1!$A$1:$A$29,Sheet2!A:A,0),ROWS(A$5:A5))),"")
Note: "shyam" name is not same in both the sheets, please have a look.
