Question Remove all rows with a particular keyword

I have a list of keywords. I want to do two things.

First: I want to remove all rows that contain a particular keyword, and I want to do it all in one go rather than doing one after another.
Better still, if I can remove any rows with contain a set of keywords that I don't want. That would be much faster.
Is there a way to do this?

Secondly: How do I remove all rows which contain more than 10 words in that cell?

    Appreciate the help,

And your XL version is ? Your profile does not mention it. What you ask can easily be done using Power Query

The following formula may help you with the second part of your question. It returns TRUE if there are more than 10 words in A2 and FALSE otherwise. It assumes that words are separated by a single space character.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

For the first part of your question it may help if you were to provide a small sample worksheet that showed whether the keywords are amongst other data within a single cell or whether the keywords appear in their own separate cells. Where is the list of keywords to search for located etc. There are details for how to upload a sample workbook in the yellow banner at the top of this thread.
