Can't seem to get a graph to pull data/look the way I want it to

Hey all,

First time here. I've been trying to get this data I'm working with to look like this graph I've mocked up below (photo 1), where it is first separated by biome, then duration and finally size for each of the biomes. Instead my data ends up looking more like this (photo 2), any suggestions on how to get the desired look?

I do not know exactly what is the biggest problem for You.
Grouping data as here:

or displaying data as:

if you based you chart on pivot table not on 'raw data' you can easily get something like:

Check attached file. If something goes wrong and colouring disappear, run macro (there is some comments there).
