Scatter Chart Format Labels from Multiple Cells

I am creating a scatter chart with data labels pulled from cells. However, where one data point has a label from multiple cells, the text of the labels are appearing on top of one another, causing overlap. I created a small example attached. In the image you can see that because Dirk and Howard have the same age and weight, the data point for 150lb 25 year olds is labelled with both Dirk and Howard. I would like this label to show Dirk and Howard on separate lines, centered to the right of the data point. In my actual data set there are multiple instances of overlapping labels so I'm hoping there is a solution that can be applied to all data points, rather than individually updating each label.

The attached example uses to helper columns to build new data label text

first combines the x and y value to get unique values.
then test for first occurrence of a unique value and use FILTER and TEXTJOIN to create new text
