Excel changed my row heights in a complex workbook

I have a fairly complex workbook with 27 tabs, each with a dozen or so printable pages. I set it up this way so that I could enter all my data in one table, then on my home tab I can select a date range, then simply print all the tabs with data that updates automatically. It reduced the time required for this project from two full work days to about an hour. It worked fantastically for the last four months. Today when I opened the file to enter this month's data, the row heights in all the tabs had been changed and now the print pages are all staggered and not usable. I'm the only person who accesses this file, all the printable tabs are password protected so they are only viewable (even by me), and I opened this on the same machine as always. I could just go and realign them all, but that will take quite a while since there are several custom row heights and all the print areas will need to be reset.
So, before I pull all my hair out, resign my position and go join a monastery in Tibet, is there a way to fix this/prevent this/restore this so I can stop beating my head against the wall and get on with things?
I attached a file with one of the smaller accounts so you can see what it looks like on my end.

    Thanks.
