Do you mean this, etc. ?
=COUNTIFS('Interview Data'!D:D,Status!D2,'Interview Data'!F:F,Status!E2)
Not clear from your workbook what you want - you haven't actually shown us a mock-up.

i want to get the count of of non blank cell when i select criteria from dropdown. and when i change the criteria the count will be changed.
In D5 drag copied across:
=COUNTIFS('Interview Data'!$D:$D,$D$2,'Interview Data'!G:G,"<>")
