Help Needed with Returning 1st Col. Values based on adjacent ARRAY!

Hi, first time poster here, i could really use some help here. see below for what i am trying to do. and see attached. THANKS!!

TAG ROUTES
I want to auto generate a list with no spaces or blanks that results in this below…
AA 101 AA GG HH EE
102 AC AD EE FA 101
101 EH AA AB AC 101
105 AC FF GG AE 104
104 AD AB AA AE 102
101 FA TE AD TQ
102 GG TE AB AA because I search for any row that has the cell AA and then return the 1st column's value for each
