Return Multiple Records if criteria met

I am looking for a formula that will return multiple records if criteria met. Vlookup only gives me the first occurrence.

The blue table has all the data. J2 is where I enter criteria and Green table is my desired output. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Kerah,

You need to learn the Advanced Filter tool built into Excel. Search for it online to see what it does to solve your problem. I've added some spice to your problem by making the J2 cell a dropdown of names and then doing a VBA (recorded macro) to advance filter your table based on that name. Simply change the name in J2 and watch it work. Hope this motivates you to learn Advanced Filters.

Thanks for the extra spice Marvin. The reason I was looking for a formula is because I need output to change dynamically. Users will change criteria on a daily basis.......

Paste the formula into cell I5, drag the fill handle over to cell K5 and then, while I5:K5 are still selected, drag the fill handle down to cell K7.
