Pulling multiple cells from multiple rows and columns -- that can repeat every 9 rows.

I am using ImageJ to collect some morphometric data. For each image I analyze, I collect measurements on 9 structures. I only need some of the ImageJ outputs for each structure.

In short, I am looking for a way to pull specific cells (that follow a pattern) from an 11 column, 9 row data set that can be replicated in a sheet.

In the attached excel workbook, there are three sheets. The first sheet is the raw output from ImageJ. Sheet 2 shows that data I am needing to extract from the ImageJ output. I highlighted the cells that I need for easy reference. Sheet three is a key of the cells needed.
I attempted to solve my problem with =('ImageJ Output'!B11) where B11 is the cell I need, however I cannot get this to replicate for the next set/image.

I'm not sure how to formulate this and would appreciate any help! Please let me know if I can clarify anything.

It's easy with indexing constants - as shown in the first two rows of your second sheet.
