Creating a table to understand task requirements.

I'm trying to figure out how to build what seems on the surface to be a pretty easy table formula but for some reason I keep getting the wrong results. Wondering if anyone can help.

Essentially I'm trying to understand how many tasks are neccessary to be created (Daily Tasks Required) in a number of given situations.

So let's say I want 100 people to have 4 tasks per day. None of these tasks are unique, everyone does the same set of 4 tasks. So I need 4 tasks. Easy. If I want 100 people to have 4 tasks per day. Half of these people have unique tasks. I need 8 tasks, right? I'm looking to build a table to understand how many unique tasks I need based on the user base. The below just looks wrong to me though. Maybe this is just some basic math that I can't nail because I haven't drank enough coffee today.

    Users----------DailyTasks------------Same tasks / userbase-------Multiplier-----Daily Tasks Required
    100------------4------------------------100.00%-----------------------1-------------4
    100------------4------------------------50.00%------------------------2--------------8
    100------------4------------------------20.00%------------------------5--------------20
    100------------4------------------------10.00%------------------------10------------40

    Users----------DailyTasks------------Same tasks / userbase-------Multiplier-----Daily Tasks Required
    1000------------4------------------------100.00%------------------------1------------4
    1000------------4------------------------50.00%------------------------20------------80
    1000------------4------------------------20.00%------------------------50------------200
    1000------------4------------------------10.00%------------------------100------------400

I'm also wondering based on the users, and the percentages etc: What are the chances in users getting the same 4 tasks. How many tasks are required so people largely get given a different set of 4 every day (i.e. they might get the same task as another but it's super unlikely that they'll get the same 4). What numbers do I need to add so people always have a unique set of 4. Or even 2 out of 4 are unique say.

Please disregard that 3D imagery, uploaded by mistake. Not relevant.

Probably we do have different concept of what is "unique task. But following your

"If I want 100 people to have 4 tasks per day. Half of these people have unique tasks. I need 8 tasks".
So half of staff have one set of 4 tasks and the other half - another 4.

If thats the logic, then for 10000 people (or any number) and Half of these people have unique tasks you will also need 8 not 80, 800, 8000, etc.

As for thge part: "What are the chances in users getting the same 4 tasks. " and next - these are the questions from the probability.
The chances that user is geting a particular set of tasks is
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Moreover exactly the same formula will let you calculate the probablility that if a given set was randomly assigned on one day, then on next day randomly assigned set of tasks will consist of the same 4.
    so today A D E G (out of A-G) then chances for randomly assigned A D E G tomorrow are
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    so less than 3%.
    Best Regards,
