How to Add 2 Blank row automatically??

I am working with a new indexing project.
Here I have over 6000 files with over 1200 folders.

Using excel 2016 power query i got all my folder and subfolders list along with all my files names.

Like this

But i need to insert 2 blank row after every folder. (not files.)

I can insert blank row from right click menu. But for 1200+ folders that takes too much time.

Is there any automated way or any code with I can do this in short time?

This would need to be done as part of the query, not after the fact.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

The sample workbook needs the source data on a separate tab, as we don't have the source file. Please add this and post the workbook again. Thanks.
