Hello all,

First, I am a complete newbie to Excel. I have a csv that I have open in Excel that has a bunch of email addresses in it that I need to pull out. Here's an example a cell with email addresses.

[{"id":"100151","meta_key":"office-email","meta_value":"office [at] cartertownchurch.com"}] - I had to change the email address because of my new account restrictions here not letting me post a link - the email address is a regular address in the worksheet.

How would I extract that email address to the blank column to the right of it? For reference, the column with the emails in it is column E. The first cell with an email address in it is E411 and below.
