Extracting Emails from Text Thread with No spaces

Hello all,

First, I am a complete newbie to Excel. I have a csv that I have open in Excel that has a bunch of email addresses in it that I need to pull out. Here's an example a cell with email addresses.

[{"id":"100151","meta_key":"office-email","meta_value":"office [at] cartertownchurch.com"}] - I had to change the email address because of my new account restrictions here not letting me post a link - the email address is a regular address in the worksheet.

How would I extract that email address to the blank column to the right of it? For reference, the column with the emails in it is column E. The first cell with an email address in it is E411 and below.

hard to tell without sample file, but you could utilize the flash fill option.
lets say that messy text string above starts in E411. In F411 just type out the email address only which is shown in E411

then Hit enter.
then reselect cell F411 and press CTRL and E
Excel should be smart enough to flash fill all the email address down for you.
Again hard to prove this without a sample file but in theory could work.

Thank you so much! That worked just fine!! I never knew there was such a thing as flash fill. It found almost all of them - there were a couple that the text string was too long, but I can go and manually do those...

One question... So on a line where there's multiple email addresses, why does it choose the last one? Is there something to specify which one it chooses to write?
