If and or query (Office 365 - Latest Excel)

Hi All

Tried my best to solve this with no joy wondering if someone could help me solve this - please.

IF CELL B24 is 500000 and less than 750000 and Cell B28 is >2.25 return "FAIL" if not "PASS",
and IF CELL B24 is 750000 and less than 10000000 and Cell B28 is >2.5 return "FAIL" if not "PASS"
and IF CELL B24 is 1000000 or > and Cell B28 is >3 return "FAIL" if not "PASS"
