If and or query (Office 365 - Latest Excel)

Hi All

Tried my best to solve this with no joy wondering if someone could help me solve this - please.

IF CELL B24 is 500000 and less than 750000 and Cell B28 is >2.25 return "FAIL" if not "PASS",
and IF CELL B24 is 750000 and less than 10000000 and Cell B28 is >2.5 return "FAIL" if not "PASS"
and IF CELL B24 is 1000000 or > and Cell B28 is >3 return "FAIL" if not "PASS"

What do you want to happen if B4 is less than 500.000? This formula will give you PASS.

It works for me. When it doesn't work: what are the values in B24 and B28, what result are you getting, and what result are you expecting?
