Pivot Problem counting values from Rows

Hello,

I need help in presenting my Pivot table properly. I'm counting the # of personnel in a certain group but it's counting twice the same name because he has 2 dates.

Is there any way to count him only once even in the Data he is having 2 dates? I need to show the dates in the pivot but he should only be counted as 1.

I attached the excel file, feel free to change the structure pls.
