Spreading data from calculated dates into the entire calendar year

I am planning the staffing levels for vehicle maintenance and inspection. I already calculate the dates that maintenance must start and how many days each type of maintenance requires. I need to spread information out so I can see the staff loading for each day of the year. Then I will add more vehicles with different maintenance schedules and see where we have overlaps, insufficient or overburdened teams, etc..

I don't see an easy way to spread this data out automatically.

With a helper column in column E to record the end date, H7=SUMPRODUCT(($C$7:$C$13)*($A$7:$A$13<=G7)*($E$7:$E$13>=G7))
