When open the file, it says there are circular references.

I have went to the formulas tab>error checking... circular reference is not highlighted for me to click...
I believe that the problem is in column A of the Sales Tax WV sheet.
Paste the following into cell A3 and then copy down:Formula:

To test change the date in cell C8 on the Revenue sheet to 7/18/22.
