Please provide more specific detail of what you are trying to do - provide examples.

my question is related to excel power query
In Power query i have to add column where query name need to be inserted or i can add my own text in it

No, it isn't - I asked you to provide examples, not simply repeat what you had already said.
Which version of Excel are you using? It cannot be Excel 2007.
