Multiple Field Population via ID from Second Workbook

Hi,

I am looking for help for a project i am doing. I am wanting to be able to enter a unique number and for a number of fields to automatically populate from another workbook based on that number. I have attached 2 documents that I am working off and left comments where i was hoping to find a formula. I may only need help with the first few formulas then i can work out the rest.
