Copy cells that hold a condition

I want to copy cells in the columns A and B that hold a condition (in here, if column C is Yes) to green zone. (Yes I can do it using command if. But it produces null/empty row when the condition doesnnot hold. I try to VLOOKUP but I can't accomplish.)
