Dear Sir,
I wanted to check timings and mark as present, late , or late in exceeded by using IF condition. But could not do so and excel it is displaying as #NAME?

Are you really using a very old version of Excel c. 2006??? If not, please update your profile.
What are P and LI? Are they named ranges? We probably need to see this in context.
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
