    FormatPainter format RichText

    D5 has a cellstyle, F3 is a richtext which is 'hTe' is red , when I FormatPainter format F3 , There is only 'Ric' become green. It's a bug or something else?

    Format painter will not copy formatting when individual characters have distinct formatting. It is not a bug, it is how the feature works. I believe it will use whatever formatting the cell had before the individual characters were formatted.

    If you need to do this it needs to be done by VBA, which would raise a whole series of questions about the details of your requirements.
