    Table autofilling

I have a table created with values corresponding to a specific number. In my table, hours and dollar amounts in separate columns are totaled for each work department in descending rows. The specific number refers to the job task where the hours and dollar amounts differ depending on which task is selected. For instance hours/amounts for job task 1 is different than hours/amounts for job task 2.

I would like to enter the job task number in a single cell and have its corresponding values for hours/dollar amounts autofill into my table. Would anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

This should be a straightforward lookup action like so:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

So a cell reference, the cell you are putting in, then a range A2:A100 of job tasks, then range B2:B100 for hours. Do a second lookup in the next cell over, changing the third reference from the hours range to the cost range in C2:C100 or whatever.
