Batch convert URLs to Html hyperlinks

Hello community, nice to be here.

I have to import a lot of text from word files into a excel sheet on a regular base.
These wordfiles often contain simple URLs without hyperlinks in it's text.
Now my question is, if theres any chance I can automatically add html tags to these URLs. This would safe me lots and lots of time.
This would look like <a href"ExampleURL"></a>. Search and Replace of course, does not work, because the URLs are all different. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading
