Rounding numbers up or down based on criteria

Hi,

Is there a quick way to round numbers up or down depending on defined criteria.

Ive tried the ROUND, CEILING functions

e.g.

1.51, 1.52, 1.53, 1.54 would all round down to 1.5
1.55, 1.56, 1.57, 1.58, 1.59 would all round up to 1.6
