Highlight cells based on selection

Hi everyone.
just as context, there is an online store that sells single contents, and packs with multiple content inside. But its very unclear what cntent comes in each pack, and there are packs with overlapping contents.
I'm trying to do a table to better visualize those packs.

What i'm trying to do is: highlight the cells that are part of the pack, when i select the cell with the pack name.

as in the example image, the first 2 collums are single content, and the third collum are the packs. When i make the ble selection on the third collum, i would like to highlight those itens in blue, and when i make the red selection, i would like to highlight the itens in red. It doesent matter the colour, blue and red are just for the example.

A plus for this would be if i could select 2 packs that have overlapping content, this content would highlight in a different colour, but this is not a must.
