is there a portable version of Excel?

I have a problem computer that I've been starting up using Hiren's BootCD and the spreadsheet used in Hiren's has some problems. I've found that I can run some portable programs while in Hiren's, so I'd like to know if there is a portable version of Excel. I prefer older versions, such as Excel 2007, Excel 2003, but I'll try whatever I can find, if it exists.

Any suggestions...

There is an Excel App that goes on your smart phone. It doesn't have all the tools or features of the computer program. Is that what you are looking for?

No, I don't have a smart phone and this is for a desktop that lost it's main partition...so I'm running the computer with Hiren's BootCD PE which boots it up in a version of Windows 10.
