Reduce Horizontal Scrolling Range and Save Capacity Size

    Hi Gurus

I am trying to reduce the horizontal scroll bar's range so I can reduce the file's capacity size. I tried deleting all the unused column space from CL to XFC and then clicked into cell A1 to hit SAVE, as shown in this clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzW68DCtjLs. But unfortunately, the scrolling dial range is still lengthy as shown in the first picture. I like to reduce the range as shown in the 2nd picture.
Attached is the file in question for your review.

    Cheers

    Al

There is no such problem with the file you have attached here.

Not sure if I'm allowed to comment since this is marked as solved but my understanding is that at least when using office 365, you must delete / clear the unwanted data, save the file, close it*, then reopen* it for the changes to be visible and the scrollbars to reset as well.

I believe it works the same way if you press Control+End to navigate to the "last used" cell. If that cell is deleted or cleared, pressing Control+End still takes you to that cell until you save, close, then reopen the file. At least these are my experiences.
