Conditional Formatting Only For Percentage Values

Is it possible to use conditional formatting on columns (cells) that contain >20 % values in a Table? and all other cells to be the same colour of the table?

Or, how do I clear the cells that do not have the Values (%), to be the same colour as the cell in the table?

Attached file, a sample. I am not able to get it works, need help. Thanks
