I am trying to setup a summary document for our executives, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put a YTD calculation & a PYTD Calculation in based on a Data Validation of the month and year.Executive Production Summary.xlsx
The information I'm trying to summarize is on the data tab...

I would advise you change your "MONTH" data to Excel dates rather text dates: if you only interested in the month (not days of month) then set January to 01/01/2023., February to 02/01/2023 (US dates).
The YTD could be based on this month date e.g. B3 = 01/01/2023 rather than "January" so you summarises the data where date is less than or equal to this value (YTD) or equal for current month.
