Have a Web Excel doc that has rows of cell, each cell indicates 30 minutes, we print it out and use it to check off where a patient is every 30 minutes at the clinic I work out.
Sometimes we need to divide the cell in half with a diagonal line to indicate 15 minute checks.
Or two diagonal lines which divides the cell into 4 parts for 5 minute checks.
We do this by downloading the file onto our desktops because you can't do diagonal lines on Web Excel.
The part where we have to download it everyday (because information is constantly updated on the online version too so everybody has the same info) sucks, because people have trouble with the downloading, because they are functionally computer illiterate.
I want to be able to edit this all online. Even came up with a brilliant solution where I made pictures of rows of cells with no diagonals, 1 diagonal, and 2 diagonals and switched which picture got displayed with a drop down menu. Uploaded it, Web Excel does not support the function I'm using.
Anybody got a brilliant outside the box solution?
