I think you need the formula shown in the attached spreadsheet as shown in cell C1.

The "Unique" formula only displays matching items. If you prefer to have blank rows where there is no match, i.e., without the #N/A then simply add a "" as shown in the formula located in cell B1.

Your formula does not make any sense. It is clearly incorrect.
Please explain in words... WHAT it is looking up, where it is looking it up and what the expected results look like.
Maybe add a few expected results, calculated manually???
