Font Colour for Linked cells

Hi, I have linked cells between 2 worksheets and would like the font colour that I enter on worksheet 1 to be used in the linked cell on worksheets 2-13. At the moment when change font colour in worksheet 1 to blue, it still comes up as black in worksheet 2-13. I don't want to have to manually change the font colour in the other worksheets. I'm using the font colour to highlight different events. Eg all events in blue are training, all events in green are meetings, all events in red means something is due.
Is this possible?
