net balance of pervious year total

HI
in the attached worksheet when G5 increases and changes from 2023 to 2024 or 2024 to 2025,then the balance brought forward in G4
should show the net balance of the total debit of the amount shown in column C for the period from dec 22 to feb 23 (amount 33000) less the total in column D for the same period (16500). the net balance in g8 will be G4+G6-G7(49500)
Any suggestions will be welcomed

G5=YEAR(MAX(DatesSLF))
