Using a slicer on a table for use in a bubble graph by date

I'm attempting to use a slicer on a single table row. I then want each column of that slice to be included in a vlookup formula that is associated with a plot graph containing x and y coordinates and the volumes of the bubble chart represented by the vlookup results. The idea is that the locations on the map do not move, but the volume of each bubble changes as you select the date.

I want to be able to add dates to the table for as long as the project persists so keeping this as simple as possible is key. Is there an elegant way to achieve this without changing the structure of the data?
