Create Unique ID when user form is submited

Hi,

I cant get my formula to create a unique ID when my User Form is submitted to my excel table. All i need is a simple ID (1,2,3,ect). When I click on my submit button on my user form, I want it to create a Unique ID on my table. The current code I am using for my user form is as follows: the ID will start in B3

Easier to help if we can see the issue in context. Could you attach a sample file (remove any sensitive data) and show us where you want the unique ID?

here is a sample file. I am looking to have a unique number ( ref#), for example 1,2,3,4 be generated when the User Form is submitted. I will be using this number for a vlookup command that will allow the user to recall an entry for corrections.
