I have a document in excel and I've got it set up so that I can go to print preview and the way it's viewed is 1 page at a time. Very organized. Then I can "save as" a PDF and it exports as a PDF and it's very organized just like how I view. The problem is that if I look at this document on another computer the layout/print preview look is different which means the PDF is not going to flow the same.
I believe the cause of this is that the printer settings for that computer determine how things look.
Computer A (that looks great in PDF) does not have a printer. Computer B has a printer.
Is there a way to ignore how it talks to computer printers so that this doesn't change?
TIA
I figured this out. I just need to change the printer to "microsoft print to PDF" and it now keeps it in a uniform look when scrolling through the pages.
