Tips for Formula instead of manual links

I currently am manually linking a table to another report within the worksheet.

Can someone help me with a formula that will automatically sum up the consideration and USD cost based on the company code. Attached is the file for reference. Is Sum if the best option here, the purchase report will change every month. I would appreciate any examples to make this more dynamic. Thanks

SA17D occurs 4 times in column A. How do you know which one? "4511" not on the report sheet

Which is way more than your sample file showed.

Am I missing something?
