Post I want to distribute a value based on 2 different values.

I create daily stock distribution order and want to distribute a value (warehouse stock) based on 2 different values (pharmacy stock & pharmacy sales). for example, my stock in warehouse is 50 and in a pharmacy is 20 and that pharmacy's sale for 3 months is 5. so in this example i have no need to distribute any stock to that pharmacy since it already has stock and its sale is very low anyways.

another example, my pharmacy's sale is 25 for 3 months but that pharmacy's stock is 5 and in warehouse i have 100 units. so i have to send something to that pharmacy because its sale is high but stock low.

currently, i have to look at every item and all branches to distribute the stock based on the branch's sales and stock. i would love to have a formula or any other easy way to deal with this issue.

    thank you.

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

    Administrative Note:

Although we value your privacy as much you do, it could be important that members have a rough idea of your location as the solutions they offer may be affected by your locale. For instance, you might in the future post questions which are related to your regional settings.

With this in mind, please update your profile to something more precise (something such as UK, Europe, USA, UAE, etc. will suffice).

Thank you for helping us to help you.
