Count the value next to the product

Hello, I am not sure if I have just completely confused myself but need help with the countif function.

I have attached an example list that I am referring to below.

If you input the standard formula of =countif(A4:A7,G4) into H4, is there a way to make it count the value of B4 if the count if formula is true?

Trying to use it for a different document, I am unsure why the range goes all the way down to D20? Like wise with E20
