Exclamation How can I use vlookup here?

    Hello!

    I attached an Excel file.

Is there a way to use the vlookup function to extract the estimated impressions, clicks and cost from the "DATA BASE" sheet to "AD GROUP STRUCTURE" sheet?

Please notice that in the "AD GRUP STRUCTURE" sheet, the formatted keywords have quotes or brackets.

    Thank you!

Formulae along these lines for your Estimated Impression:

    =FILTER('DATA BASE'!K2:K142,('DATA BASE'!G2:G142=[@[AD GROUP]])*('DATA BASE'!H2:H142=SUBSTITUTE([@[FORMATTED KEYWORD]],"""","")))

Just adapt ranges for the other columns.

Your thread titles aren't very good. Instead of focusing on a function that you want to use (which may not be suitable), instead summarise here what you are trying to overcome. In this case, the pertinent issue is the quotation marks around the lookup value, and that is what needs addressing in the title. I hope to see more descriptive thread titles from you in future.

    Hello!

Thank you for your reply and advice. I will make better titles in the future.

Would you like to confirm what formulas I need to learn in order to be able to do exactly like you? I am using Excel 365.

    Formulas:

    - filter
    - substitute

    Thank you.

I am one of many very good moderators (although other people's mileage may vary), but I appreciate the sentiment.

    Use

    =VLOOKUP(SUBSTITUTE([@[FORMATTED KEYWORD]],"""",""),'DATA BASE'!$H$2:$M$142,4,0)

change 4 with 5 or 6 for next columns or use match for header

    @Tommy

That doesn't do the job - there's another lookup criterion to consider.
