Create a header row in Pivot table

Hi,
Is it possible to create a header row in a pivot table where I want to group on a certain field?
See attached image and sample file to show what I am trying to achieve

Are you still using Excel 2013?

What do you oerceive is inadequate in the PT you've already generated? Have you tried switching off totals and sub-totals in the layout options on the PT design ribbon?

Thanks. That's very close to what I want. Is it possible to have 'region' as a header row only

Don't think so with a PT but you could do it with 365 functions:
