Pivot Table, Power Pivot or what to get results

I am putting together a Judging pack for a show. So far I have a Userform and Worksheets for the detail. What I need help with is what is the best way to get to final results.
The basics are, Entry Number, Sections they are entering which they pick the option that suits. From that they get judged on 4 categories.
I have the judged worksheets transferring to a final worksheet "Final_Result".
What's the best way to go?
I still have my training wheels on when it comes to Excel.
I've attached my work for you to hopefully understand what I'm doing.
