    How to join two tables with offset data???

    Hello All Forum Users!
    Once again, Thank You All for Your Willingness to Help!
    Unfortunately, I have a problem again. I have not found a simple solution. I have two tables with data that I need to join together. Screenshot attached. How to connect Table 1 and Table 2 to get Table 3???
