Your approach was mathematically incorrect. The pie chart should show wages and OTHER costs... not total costs. See file.

If all costs =112751400.77, please try Other costs = all costs - Wages = 112751400.77-B2.
Please try % Wages = %Wages / all costs = Wages / (Wages + Other costs) = B2/(B2+B3) = 54%
