Help me solve this formula conundrum

Hello,

I am attempting to find the value in the orange cell across the entire green table. The result will be the column in blue (from the same matched row) that contains the text, which will be displayed in the yellow cell.

I would like to determine the formula that should be placed in the yellow cell to perform the task.
