Yes - VLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH or XLOOKUP.
Precise advice would require a workbook.

I would like the IDs to be listed then I can use formulas to retrieve some of the information from the first table.
Provide a sample workbook, Billy - the exact layout will determine the best advice.
I will try on my own sorry.
I will come back when I know exactly what to ask.
Why not just share a sample of the two sheets? You don't need to do it on your own.
Thanks for all of the help. I attached my latest Movie Database. I used Filmotech to get the movie listing with all details. This is a free software which I just enter a title and choose the correct version of the movie and all details are downloaded automatically. Then once I had my movies I export to CSV file.
The Excel workbook has code that imports the CSV file to the Data sheet which is updated with the latest movie data.
The Movie sheet has a copied table from the pivot table in the Admin sheet. This table allowed me to insert or add custom columns so I can organize my movies.
Perhaps others may benefit from this system to organize their own movies.
Cheers and with much appreciation to all on this great forum!
So do you still need help with this issue, Billy?
No I was able to create a pivot table which gets the list of IDs thanks.
OK - great.
