    spreadsheets at work need adjustments

    Hello,
    I have an issue I will be looking for assistance with, but first I need to clean up the spreadsheet before I can post it. Someone has set a few rows & columns to run thru infinity. When I look at the print preview it shows hundreds of pages because of it. Currently a couple rows and a couple columns have the borders set to ?all borders? to infinity. I?ve tried to select the rows below my entries & delete them but all that happens is they are just duplicated back to the last cell again.
    Hopefully you will understand my description enough to help me get this corrected enough so I can create another post for help with a couple other issues.

    Please update your profile. Solutions may depend on your location due to Regional Settings. A country is close enough. And the solutions will also depend on the version of Excel you are using … not Windows.

    I would first select the entire sheet and then remove all borders. You can select specific cells and put them back later.

    Then, select the cell below the last row of data. Use Ctrl-Shift-End to select all the cells below the data. Now delete the cells/rows using the Delete icon on the Ribbon.

    Next, do the same thing with all columns to the right of the data.

    Finally, Save, Close, and Re-open the workbook.

    Press Ctrl-Home to go to the first cell, probably cell A1. Then try Ctrl-End to see where that goes. Hopefully, just to the last data cell.

    Also, look at the layout section. Check the Print Area and either clear it or set it to just the data area.
