i have a problem here and tried to solve it out but i couldn't
i have table with Fees amount
there is an option for director to choose from 5 option (F:J)
i had made hlookup function on cell L3 where it give amount option that Director approve
now i want to highlight which option Director approve on each row using conditional formatting
but i couldn't
could you help

CF rule for F3:
=F3=$L3
Applies to: =$F$3:$J$6
Just use:
=F3=$L3 as the CF formula...
